Hindil Veern

If there was ever a demented version of Cupid who happened to enjoy the fine arts and be a cyborg, leaflike alien, he would think Hindil Veern is too crazy. It is capable of much greater cruelty than its outward appearance and cultured manner let on.

Basic Profile

Name: Hindil Veern
Gender: Neutral
Age: Unknown
Height: Around 6’2
Weight: Around 120 to 140 lbs.

Description: Its body above the torso has amounts of brown, red, yellow, and orange in it. It wears a smoking jacket with matching pants. Its four hands have been replaced with robotic ones that have certain effects, though it wears gloves over them. Its head is slightly more triangular than those of most tolekis, and it has dark gray eyes. Somehow, all of its different colors don’t clash with each other too much.

Possessions (Buildings not Included):
Red Hand – Allows Hindil to alter people’s emotions and/or how they feel about things. This is against the target's will, meaning they know they shouldn’t feel that way but can’t help themselves. Hindil most often uses this to make people fall in love with someone of its choice.

Orange Hand – Allows Hindil to paralyze people and/or control their bodies.

Yellow Hand – Allows Hindil to change people’s genders and/or species. In either case, the target is locked in that form until Hindil (or someone else with the power of cancelling such things) undoes the effect. Hindil likes to use this together with its brown hand.

Brown Hand – Allows Hindil to change people’s bodies and/or clothes, though it can’t change their genders or species (since the yellow hand already does that). It also allows Hindil to cause other people to think that the target is beautiful, though it doesn’t force them to fall in love with the target or anything. For the latter effect, Hindil can combine it with the former effect, as well as choose what species and culture the target (and their body and/or clothes, if Hindil changes those) appeals to. The target is stuck with whatever changes Hindil made to their body until it (or someone else with the power of cancelling such things) undoes the effect. Hindil likes to use this together with its yellow hand.

History:
I'm not telling you, since it involves stuff I haven't revealed yet.

Special Info:
It can use his hands’ special abilities even while wearing gloves. This should be obvious, since it wouldn’t wear them all the time if it couldn’t. If it’s wearing gloves when it uses one of his hands’ special abilities, that hand’s glove will glow with the color of the hand.

Movesets

Powered Hands (Normal Moveset)

Normal Attacks:
Blush Fire – Hindil touches the opponent with its red hand, making them feel extreme embarrassment. This causes them to blush so hard that their face catches on fire, even if they shouldn’t be able to blush at all. Hindil then beats the fire out. The embarrassment wears off after this move is over.

Command Normals
Orange Hand Punch – Hindil punches the opponent extra hard with its orange hand. This is a guard crush, temporarily freezing the opponent in place.

Special Attacks:
Orange Hand Blast – Hindil shoots a fireball from its orange hand. The angle Hindil shoots the fireball at depends on the attack strength used for this move. This move does no damage, but instead temporarily freezes the opponent in place (leaving them open to Hindil’s other attacks). This move can be used in both normal and Creation stances, though Hindil shoots the fireball by pointing while in Creation stance.

Triple Orange Hand Blast (EX Orange Hand Blast) – This is mostly the same as Orange Hand Blast, except Hindil shoots three fireballs in a spreadshot formation.

Backward Orange Hand Blast – Hindil shoots a fireball from its orange hand behind it. The fireball then reappears behind the opponent and keeps moving. It is unknown whether Hindil has this move.

Triple Backward Orange Hand Blast (EX Backward Orange Hand Blast) – This is mostly the same as Backward Orange Hand Blast, except Hindil shoots three fireballs in a spreadshot formation. Hindil will only have this move if it has Backward Orange Hand Blast.

Orange Hand Rain – Hindil shoots a fireball from its orange hand upward. The fireball then comes down onto the opponent. The angle Hindil shoots the fireball at (and therefore the angle the fireball comes down from) depends on the attack strength used for this move. This move does no damage, but instead temporarily freezes the opponent in place (leaving them open to Hindil’s other attacks). This move can be used in both normal and Creation stances, though Hindil shoots the fireball by pointing while in Creation stance.

Triple Orange Hand Rain (EX Orange Hand Rain) – This is mostly the same as Orange Hand Rain, except Hindil shoots three fireballs in a spreadshot formation.

Orange Hand Toss – Hindil tosses a fireball from its orange hand into the ground. The fireball then comes up from the ground. The angle Hindil tosses the fireball at (and therefore the angle the fireball comes up from) depends on the attack strength used for this move. This move does no damage, but instead temporarily freezes the opponent in place (leaving them open to Hindil’s other attacks).

Triple Orange Hand Toss (EX Orange Hand Toss) – This is mostly the same as Orange Hand Toss, except Hindil tosses three fireballs in a spreadshot formation.

Creation Stance – Hindil lays on the ground in a manner reminiscent of Adam in The Creation of Adam. Hindil is hard to hit while in this stance, but it can’t block and its movement speed is reduced to a literal crawl.

Creation Kick – Hindil pushes itself off the ground while scooting itself forward, but high enough that the scoot acts like a kick. Hindil can only use this move while in Creation stance.

Orange Hand Plant – Hindil shoves a fireball from its orange hand into the ground. The fireball then comes straight up from the ground. The area the fireball comes up from depends on the attack strength used for this move. This move does no damage, but instead temporarily freezes the opponent in place (leaving them open to Hindil’s other attacks). Hindil can only use this move while in Creation stance.

Triple Orange Hand Plant (EX Orange Hand Toss) – This is mostly the same as Orange Hand Plant, except Hindil shoves three fireballs into the ground in a spreadshot formation.

Super Attacks:
Proboskiss – Hindil grabs the opponent and uses all four of its hands’ powers on them. Hindil and the opponent then kiss passionately. During the kiss, Hindil grows several proboscides from its mouth and drains blood (or the equivalent) from the opponent. Not only does the blood drinking do damage, it also recovers some of Hindil’s health. Hindil tosses the opponent aside once they become a shriveled husk. The opponent returns to normal after this move is over, for whatever reason.

Flash Makeover – Hindil performs a punch with its orange hand that moves it forward. If the punch connects and freezes the opponent in place, Hindil will obscure both itself and the opponent from the camera using a curtain; only the silhouettes of the characters are visible. Hindil then uses its brown hand to perform a flurry of punches on the opponent. Once it’s finished, it puts the curtain away and reveals that the opponent is exaggeratedly beautiful (according to the standards of whatever species they are). It then delivers one last extra-forceful punch with its brown hand, returning the opponent to normal.

Special Info:
The opponent can only be frozen by one of Hinjil’s orange hand attacks once in the same combo; any subsequent uses of those attacks in the same combo will do damage instead.
